Your phone call to us is just the beginning.  When you select Raptor DJ, we’d like to meet you in person.  We prepare a concise, formatted plan for your reception in your own special binder.  We’ll include contracts and important reception details so you can feel calm and organized.  You’ll appreciate the extra steps we take for you.  We will:

• VISIT your reception location in person, either with you … or alone.
  
• CHECK where the DJ will set up to be sure all of our electrical needs are in place.
  
• ANALYZE the ambience of the room to help determine the perfect lighting effects for your reception.
  
• COORDINATE schedules with your venue’s staff, including cocktail hour, dinner schedule and cake-cutting.

Nothing is left to chance in our hands.  Raptor goes beyond what other DJ companies offer.  We offer onsite event coordination the day of your reception. Entertainment, catering, photography, video and other important wedding vendors will all be on the same page.

Our DJs are dressed formally in crisp, clean attire.  They conduct themselves professionally at all times.  That means they never smoke or drink at an event.  It seems obvious, but Raptor DJ is the exception in this regard.  We respect you, your guests, and the significance of your event.
